Introducing CPA's Dream team

Imagine having privileged access to the brightest Contact Centre minds throughout 2012. The Dream team package includes a minimum of 80 hours of on-site or telephone support and includes four on-site 'health checks' of your choice, for example- one each on Quality, Coaching, Employee Engagement and WFM.

The people in your Centre's "Dream Team" will be specifically selected to match your Centre's goals and strategies.

At the end of the year, any remaining hours can be exchanged for CPA training.
