About You

At CPA you will find Contact Centre peers who are passionate about Customer Service and help the community by providing useful and practical information about Call Centre Operations and Strategy.

The CPA family includes Operations staff with job titles that range from Supervisor through Executive VP, and also includes people in Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Vendor Management and Information Technology.

CPA members come from Call/ Contact Centres that are:

  • Every size - from very large to very small
  • Business-to-business (B-B) and business-to-consumer (B-C)
  • Government (Federal/ Provincial/ Municipal)
  • In-house and third-party/ outsourced
  • Unionized and non-unionized
  • Technologically advanced and not.
