Thank you for visiting the CPA Special Interest Group (SIG) Page.
Where do you go for good, reliable, unbiased Call Centre info? Google, of course. Friends and colleagues in the Call Centre business... sure. How about joining a SIG?
A Special Interest Group (SIG) is a community of people who are interested in sharing ideas, knowledge and experiences about a common interest area with others in that community.
CPA is all about peer-to-peer networking and education, so we invite you to join one or more of our SIGs. SIG members will have access to:
- web-based discussion groups and Q & A pages
- conference calls (a fee may apply)
- resources and references posted by members
- ways to extend your personal and business network, and
- physical meetings, if the SIG members decide to have them.
Here are the 10 CPA Call Centre Special Interest Groups:
Position Based Sigs:
- Call Centre Executives
- Quality Assurance specialists and Coaches
- Supervisors and Team Leaders
- Workforce, Planning and Scheduling specialists
- Human Resources professionals
|
Issue-based SIGs:

Starting in January 2008, SIGs are open only to Members of CPA. How do I become a Member.
It’s easy to join a SIG. Once you are a member of CPA, you just select the SIG(s) you wish to belong to on your My Profile page.
Membership in any Special Interest Group is subject to approval. You will be notified if your request to join a specific SIG is denied.
Every person can both teach and learn something new. Thanks for joining a SIG and making our community stronger and more educated.
