Benefits of Membership
Here are some Member benefits that we hope will entice you to become a Member of CPA in 2008 and beyond.
- Invitation to special Members only events. As an example, you will be invited to attend "mini-Site tours" throughout the year. These visits will be open to 10-15 people. On these tours you can hear and see Call Centre Best Practices at interesting Centres of all kinds: outbound, hi-tech, low-tech, big and small, brand new operations, etc.
- 1 free job posting per year on the CPA web site ($99 value)
- Access to candidate resumes on the CPA web site. This is a big benefit. Many excellent Call Centre Operations staff who are 'between engagements' post their resumes on our site. If you hire someone through CPA, you will save at least $10,000 because no placement fee is payable.
- Advance notice and first-choice for seats on CPA's annual full-day Call Centre Excellence Site (bus) tour. CPA Members go to the front of the line, because once this event is announced to the public, seats usually sell out within 24 - 48 hours.
- Invitation to participate in Special Interest Groups/communities. Ten Special Interest Groups exist. click here for more info
- Invitations and discounts for other events (golf days, conferences, etc.) that will be publicized to CPA Members only
- "Call for Speakers" invitations and links to articles, research reports, etc. will be sent to you periodically
Membership lasts for 12 months from the end of the month that we receive your payment.
