How can I get my name put on / taken off the CPA e-invitation list?
Add yourself by creating a profile,  remove yourself from the list by visiting the Subscription page.

Who can join the CPA?
Membership in the CPA is open to anyone who works in an actual Call Centre in any Managerial, Operational or support role. CPA events are not open to consultants, suppliers, or vendors.

You do not need to be a member of CPA to attend most of our events. Membership is optional. Read more about membership.
